Information required by passengers for processing refunds. The passenger must contact the Saarc office in the city where the ticket was purchased. If the passenger has bought the ticket from airline directly,the refund may be processed with 10days. Otherwise it will take longer, depending on when the travel agent sends it to Airline.

Requirements for registering of lost documents and issuance of fresh tickets. The passenger must first report the loss of a ticket to the police in the city where he has lost the ticket and then contact the nearest Saarc office to report the loss.Saarc will then contact the city where the ticket was purchased and after obtaining all relevant information, will have the ticket black listed. Till the ticket is black listed,a fresh ticket against indemnity cannot be issued.
Tickets cannot be reported lost at Airports on departure.
Once the passenger contacts the city office, within 48 hours, unless it is a weekend, when the office in Melbourne is closed. -
Information for passengers seeking to locate/retrieve personal items left on board the aircraft.
The passenger may contact the baggage services office at the city where he misplaced any item. However, there is no guarantee that the item has been retrieved and sent to this office.
